We have been busy putting the top wire in place on the vines ready for them to start growing over the next few weeks.

We have all lended a hand to plant the new vines in rain and hail! Will keep you posted on how they grow. You can iss in the photo the wax that has been put over the top of the vine.

We visited the Camel Valley Vineyard in Cornwall on our holiday - in time we hope our vines will look something like these

Vines are growing

The vines are continuing to grow and we hope to be drinking our first wine in five years time!

Planting the vines

We have planted a third of an acre (third the size of a football pitch) of vines to make wine. The planting of the "vineyard" is on a very small scale but we will keep you up to date with how they grow.
