What a difference a year makes.... we have never planted winter wheat twice in the same calendar year before ... This time it has established well.

The new roof is on the shed and it looks good... We are also starting planting now that all the harvest is gathered. Let's hope for a better autumn this year to let the seeds establish well.

Our grapes are growing well. I checked the sugar today - big difference across the rows some about 10 brix some about 15 brix. They need more sugar in them though before we can make wine! Last year we abandoned picking this is the first year we could pick - I will keep an eye on them over the next few weeks!
